The series Parisian Spring emerged from a recent stay in Paris. Inspired by a French radio station that seamlessly blended music from the 1940s to today, I found myself immersed in a tapestry of sounds that echoed the city's rich history and vibrant present. The verdant garden outside our apartment, framed by both ancient and modern architecture, became a source of inspiration and reflection. As I wandered the streets, I collected small treasures—vintage books from neighborhood park libraries and the delicate wrappers of our daily baguettes—each piece a fragment of Parisian life woven into my collages.
