Watching the alders whiz by on island roads sharpens one's sense of depth perception, capturing both the approaching and receding trunks. In this collage, I sought to reflect that dynamic of shifting foreground and background.

Road Trip With Alders is framed in a maple finish hardwood float frame. The frame measures 9” x 9" and is signed on back and wired for hanging.
